Zero to Three/National Center for Clinical Infant Programs is the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to improving the changes for healthy physical, cognitive and social development of infants, toddlers and their families.

Established in 1977, Zero to Three is committed to:

  • Exercising leadership in developing and communicating a national vision of the importance of the first three years of life and of the importance of early intervention and prevention to health growth and development
  • Developing a broader understanding of how services for infants and toddlers and their families are best provided
  • Promoting training in keeping with that understanding.

WESTERN OFFICE

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, ZERO TO THREE Western Office places this expertise directly into the hands of all who affect the lives of children in California and other western states. The need for our work in California is great. California alone is home to more than 1.5 million children under 3 years old. Our goal is to align ground-breaking research with the real needs of the region’s youngest residents and serve as a vital link with programs and policy. The office is run by a team of seasoned early childhood professionals and policy advocates who bring a national perspective and expertise of a highly respected and trusted organization.
