Camp Krem, located in the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains provides summer camp opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.
Our main camp offers a traditional camp program with small groups of campers sharing a cabin with their Counselors. General supervision ratio is three campers to one counselor with one-to-one supervision available as required at extra cost. Most meals are served family-style in our dining hall. Campers are free to choose activities that interest them from a selection of fun and interesting things to do such as swimming, hiking, talent shows, dance, music, games, campfires, nature study, arts and crafts, and ceramics. We also offer playground activities like kickball, soccer, baseball, basketball and bocce ball.
In addition, able-bodied campers who are more independent and can be managed at a four to one supervision ratio, have access to Outdoor Camp in camp sites around the main complex or Travel Camp where they go on the road to places further afield to see and do interesting things.
