Participate in a hands-on, guided exploration of assistive technology (AT) literacy tools and strategies that may benefit students with learning disabilities.
Assistive Technology Workshops provide an overview of the Assistive Technology Consideration Process, AT Goals, and AT Documentation in IEP forms. This small group, hands-on, dynamic discussion is designed to empower you to navigate AT discussions at an IEP meeting!
Cost: $175/person. Registration fees must be received in advance of participation and are non-refundable but may be applied to future workshops in this series. Acceptable payments include credit cards, checks (payable to Parents Helping Parents cc: iTech), and POS.

This is a personalized hands-on, dynamic, in-person workshop for professionals. Computers will be available for the workshop for participants to explore various assistive technology options. Presenter: Dianah Marr, AT & Education Resource Specialist, ATACP
Dianah Marr is a credentialed teacher who has 18 years of experience working in the field of education and disability family support. She has certification as an Assistive Technology practitioner and has a broad understanding of AT tools with a specialty in AT for addressing learning disabilities. She provides training on a variety of educational and assistive technology topics including AT tools, and AT implementation strategies to educators, tutors, therapists, and families.
