I am dedicated to the field of therapy. For my day job I work for an agency as an internship director to give great opportunities to trainees. My passion for therapy is lived out in the evening at my private practice where I see individual adults and youth, couples, and families.

OPEN WEEKDAY EVENINGS & SATURDAYS!!! I know life can be difficult and you are the expert of your life. It would be my privilege to help you achieve in therapy and work with you on your goals so you feel heard and validated. I work with adults and children struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or marital/relationship conflict. I can help families deal with: parent/child conflicts, school discipline, or performance problems, behavior problems and/or any other problems of daily teenage living. I am genuinely honored to have the opportunity to help you.
I have experience with helping individuals and families deal with being caregivers as well as grief. I can help you with the grief that comes from an obvious loss as well as those from planned or unplanned life transitions (death, marriage, divorce, loss of job or house, etc.).
I have a great understanding of those who have suffered from difficulties with the impositions of religion/spirituality. I also have lived experience with Pacific Islanders, specifically Samoan culture, and other cultures including Latino and African American. I also understand stressors of bicultural relationships and blended/multigenerational families.
