In 2018, Premier Healthcare Services joined the Aveanna Healthcare family of companies to become Aveanna Healthcare Support Services. This new company has built upon the strong heritage of Premier and added even more strength to the local Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) communities we’ve served for more than a decade.

Today as Aveanna, we work with all 21 of California’s Regional Centers to provide Employer of Record, Respite, Personal Assistance, Daycare, Financial Management Services (FMS) and Participant-Directed Services throughout the state. We’re a proven and trusted partner in I/DD communities, continuing our tradition of exceptional service, one person and one family at a time.

We work with Regional Centers to authorize reimbursement to participants and their families for the cost of day care and transportation. This process is streamlined to result in rapid enrollment and monthly reimbursements. Families who are authorized for day care and transportation services will be reimbursed by Aveanna at the rate set by the Regional Center.

Adult & Pediatric Patient Care

We understand the difficulties involved in having a family member receive medical care in the home and consider our primary goal to make the transition to homecare as comfortable as possible.

Skilled Nursing Care

Our nursing staff cares for patients with disabilities or chronic illnesses, and provides a range of services including everything from pain management to tracheostomy care.

Medical Social Work

Our medical social workers provide vital community resources to patients and families based upon their mental and social assessments.

Certified Home Health Aide

Premier Certified Home Health Aides make life easier by preparing meals, assisting with feeding, bathing and personal grooming and helping patients with their daily activities.
