The Education Defense and Justice for Youth Program offers legal representation to students with disabilities who also have been impacted by school discipline and/or the juvenile legal system. We represent students who attend K-12 schools in Alameda County in special education matters and school discipline proceedings, as well as delinquency and record sealing cases.
