Chad Hooker is the owner and head trainer of Puzzle Piece Athletics (PPA). His passion and and focus at PPA is training pre-teens, teens and adults with autism and other special abilities. He started his personal training career as a CrossFit trainer and CrossFit kid’s coach.  He currently works out of Combat Sports Academy gym in Dublin, CA.

For the last 5 years, Chad has been serving the neuro-diverse community with his natural talents in connecting with his clients. He believes positive feedback and encouragement are core to his training technique. Even more importantly, Chad believes that every individual has the potential to conquer any goal, it’s just a matter of fitting all the puzzle pieces together.

One person. One puzzle. One piece at a time.

His program is about more than just fitness goals. It’s about social skills, building confidence, and embracing the differences of each individual. He approaches every person uniquely, and truly believes that each individual can accomplish anything.  Chad’s goal at PPA is to provide an inclusive fitness community for those with special abilities to create a lifetime of health for all of his clients. He hopes his work will continue to bridge the gap between the general community and the neuro-diverse community, one puzzle piece at a time.
