I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Campbell, CA working with the neurodiverse population and their families. I offer individual, family, and small group therapy supporting ages 3 to adult.

Parenting Children with Special Needs

I have a specialty in working with parents who have a child diagnosed with a developmental difference, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Watching your child struggle is one of the most difficult things to experience, especially while you are trying to cope with your own feelings and experiences with the diagnosis.

Family Therapy With a Family Member With Special Needs.

Having a family member who struggles with social skills and/or behavioral issues can be difficult on the family as a whole. It can be confusing and feel unfair to siblings. A spouse can feel left out or ignored as decisions and schedules are planned. Grandparents can feel misunderstood as their well-meaning support can result in feelings of inadequacy.

Supporting Siblings in Special Needs Families

It can be confusing, tiring, frustrating, and lonely being a sibling of someone diagnosed with ASD or another type of developmental difference. This might lead to feelings of sadness, acting out behaviorally, or defiant behaviors.

Support and Social Group Therapy for Tweens and Teens

Building and maintaining friendships can be difficult to navigate, especially in the tween and teen years. There are some basic (and not-so-basic) social skills that, with support, can help maintain friendships.
