Evidence-based, Quality ABA Treatment

At Trumpet Behavioral Health, we work with parents, educators and healthcare professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and developmental disabilities. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work collaboratively with our clients to provide compassionate, individual care. This approach helps our ASD clients achieve their highest possible level of functionality and well-being.

Through services delivered at home, in schools and at company-operated centers, Trumpet Behavioral Health equips parents, educators and healthcare professionals to better understand ASDs, engage best practices and become contributors to successful outcomes. We act as an advocate for the family, making sure that a holistic plan is being implemented to maximize the potential of the child or adolescent with autism. We also provide support to educators and healthcare professionals, training them to work more effectively with children on the autism spectrum. Parents of children with ASD find a trusted, compassionate partner in Trumpet Behavioral Health for the often-arduous journey of maximizing their child’s potential.

Within the school districts it serves, Trumpet Behavioral Health helps students with ASD achieve their maximum potential while reducing the cost of meeting their needs. Trumpet Behavioral Health’s effectiveness, professionalism, and growing national footprint reduces long-term costs for insurers and their customers, giving Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) a trusted behavioral services provider as a partner.

Working with Parents of Children with Autism and other Developmental Delays

Trumpet Behavioral Health network of professionals with specialized training in autism includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) that provide a wide range of clinical services to adults and children with autism and other development delays. We have the right mix of expertise and knowledge, combined with clinical, technical and interpersonal skills to drive successful results.

We create Individualized Education Program/Plan (IEP) that start with interviews and empirically validated Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). We then use observation and data collection to continuously update and improve the treatment plan. We also stay abreast of clinical developments to ensure our programs reflect the latest research on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs).

The partnership with Therapeutic Pathways will increase access to care for our clients in the Sacramento area and the Central Valley of California.

Much like TBH, Pathways has created a comprehensive clinical model that supports individuals from early diagnosis and early intervention, to focused social skills groups, to assessment and treatment of severe behavior. Pathways has a wonderful reputation for providing their team members with excellent supervision and training that results in a culture that is focused on clients, team members, and clinical quality.

Therapeutic Pathways’ founders Jane Howard, BCBA-D and Coleen Sparkman M.A., CCC SLP opened Pathways 26 years ago to meet the needs of individuals looking for high quality integrated ABA and SLP services.

Over the years, Coleen and Jane opened six clinics for early intervention services, called The Kendall Centers, and two severe behavior clinics, called The Behavior Centers, serving clients in the East Bay, Modesto, Tracy, Elk Grove, Sacramento, and Folsom.
