You may be aware that Medi-Cal is California’s program for the national health coverage program called Medicaid. You may also be aware that Medi-Cal pays medical expenses for people who are aged, disabled, or have lower income with limited or no health coverage.

But do you know that individuals may qualify for Medi-Cal in many ways, known as eligibility categories?
