Pam Chapin, MA, TVI Program Director, LightHouse Little Learners

Pam has experience working with B-3 children with visual impairments and their families for the past 18 years. She holds an MA in Special Education, a CA Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Visual Impairments, and is endorsed by the CA Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health as a Transdisciplinary Mental Health Practitioner.
