Importance of Inclusion During Transition to Adulthood

This is a family’s journey around belonging that started in a small village in a faraway country and is continuing to this day. Through pictures, videos, stories, and correspondence, we will spotlight some beautiful moments of inclusivity and you will learn ways to identify, create and sustain inclusive opportunities for your student as they are preparing to transition into adulthood. We will also experience the importance of intention, thoughtfulness and planning. Finally, we will highlight lessons learnt, as well as inspiration gleaned along this journey.
