Join The Santa Clara County Local Partnership as they put on a series of presentations and workshops to share information regarding transitioning from high school to adult services. Our May presentations will include two great speakers. We will be joined by TRUST, Pacific Clinics and Parents Helping Parents to talk about the importance of mental health and how families can be supported.
