The Self-Determination Program (SDP) provides individuals and their families with more control and responsibility in choosing services and supports to help them meet their life’s goals. The SDP is available to all lanterman (over 3 years-old) eligible individuals receiving services from a regional center.

- Discusses how to begin your SDP journey
- Describes the transition process from traditional services to the SDP
