Over the next eight weeks, we are going to look at areas where many parents who have kids with special needs seem to feel “stuck”, how we get stuck there, and most importantly, how we get out of it.

Week Five: Stuck in a cycle where the things I do to take care of myself either don’t work or seem self-defeating and how can I make it stop?
