The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) can supply you with a wide variety of counseling, training, job skills, and job placement services. DOR can help you get the training or other services that you need to return to work, enter a new line of work, or enter the workforce for the first time. This session will explain the role of the Department of Rehabilitation and:

-How to apply
-Eligibility process
-Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE)
-Services (training services, job placement services, transportation services, supported employment services, personal assistance services, etc.)
-Rights (as DOR applicant or client, such as appeal rights)
